Refund policy
Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction and skin health are incredibly important to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out so we can make it right.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 business days at
info@kirbsherbs.com with a photo of the issue so we can send a replacement immediately.
- Lost Packages: While we ship via Canada Post with tracking, rural delivery can sometimes experience delays. If your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, please let us know so we can launch a trace.

Wholesale Orders: For our retail partners, all sales are final once delivered. Any shipping discrepancies or transit damages must be reported within 3 business days for an account credit or replacement.
